When your patient is ready to schedule appointments for their planned treatments, click the Schedule button next to the phase you wish to schedule.
This will take you to the Schedule ability where you can create the appointment for that phase of the treatment plan. If the patient already has appointments created in the Schedule ability click the arrows next to each procedure, and select the appropriate appointment for the patient. If the patient does not have any appointments, you will simply see (None) in the Appointment Date column instead of the arrows.
Past appointments will be dimmed. Once a treatment has been associated to an appointment, it will be counted toward the "Fees" listed on the Appointment Report, or on the text version of the printed schedule.
You can use the Treatment Plan Report to find treatments that have not yet been scheduled.
