DR & Imaging - Patients with Visits - Thumbnail View

The images that appear in the Thumbnail View are all of the images associated with the visit selected in the Visit Sidebar. Double clicking on an image will open the Image Editing Window.


Right Click
Right clicking in the Thumbnail View brings up this menu:

  • Hide/Show Titles - This will toggle if the Titles show beneath the image or not.
  • Hide/Show Subtitles - This will toggle if the Subtitles show beneath the image or not.
  • Open Image - This will open the Image Editing Window.
  • Edit Image Details... - This will open the Image Editing Window.
  • Delete - This will delete the selected image.
  • Delete All Images - This will delete every image in the Thumbnail.
  • Browse for Image... - This allows any image to be imported into the thumbnail.
  • Permanent Upper - Designates the image as Permanent Upper and which teeth the image shows.
  • Permanent Lower - Designates the image as Permanent Lower and which teeth the image shows.
  • Primary Upper - Designates the image as Primary Upper and which teeth the image shows.
  • Primary Lower - Designates the image as Primary Lower and which teeth the image shows.
  • Export As... - Exports the edited images.
  • Export Original As... - Exports the original unedited images.

    All the images that appear in the thumbnail view are exactly all the images in the selected visit. However, the mount or layout directly below the thumbnail view will only display the images from the selected visit that have a capture number associated to the specific layout box. So you can potentially have a layout that is numbered 1-18 and if you have images passed that they will display only in the thumbnail view not the mount.
