EHR Preconfigured Section - Billing

The Coding section is used to set the Diagnosis and Charge codes for the patient's visit, and create a Care Slip Order.

To add a diagnosis, click Diagnosis and search for the Diagnosis in the resulting popover. Select the diagnosis result from the list, then click the Select button.

To add a charge, click Charge and search for the charge in the resulting popover. Select the charge result from the list, then click the Select button. To add multiple charges, repeat this process. To associate the added charge to a diagnosis, click the Associate Diagnosis link, then select the diagnosis from the resulting popover.
 

To Create a Billing Order, click the Create Billing Order link. The Charges listed within the Coding section will appear as BILLED, and a CareClip order will be added to the Orders ability automatically.
