EHR Template Editor 2 - Templates

 

Once you have completed all of the section for your form, select the Templates node and click the green plus to make a new template. The Templates node is composed of three columns: Sections, Template Details, and Template Preview.

You will notice the only required field in the center column is the Template Name. This is the name that will show when selecting the template for the patient. You can also decide if the form will be available in the Clipboard application for iPad and on the Patient Portal.

Simply find your newly created sections in the first column by using the search bar at the top. Drag that section into your template. You will notice that a preview of your new template is available. Add all the desired sections to the form and save using the Edit menu or the keyboard shortcut, Command S.

Your newly created template is now ready to be used for a patient.
