The Text Label is only used to label an item in the EHR ability. For example, a Text Label might be used to label the slider element to instruct the patient to rate their findings on a scale on one to ten.
Click the Add Field button in the section editor and select Text Label. You will be prompted to rename the field in Section Details. This will also rename the label in the field editor. The only additional setting for this field is to hide from the Clipboard application.
MacPractice Support recommends using the Text Block Element Field before using this option as more settings are available in the Text Block Element.
Once all the settings have been made, click the preview tab to see the section after making changes. Continue adding fields to this section until complete.
