There are three common things to check when the iPad applications are encountering login errors. This applies to both Clipboard and iEHR.
- First check the IP address and the Database Name. Use the Server > System Preferences > Network to verify the server IP is correct. Remove old information by using the X to clear out any extra spaces on the iPad.
- Verify that both the username and password are correctly typed into the iPad.
- Make sure the wifi is connected to the same network as the server, not connected to a different Network.
