The Clinical tab of the patient's record is a central location where you can view a patient's medical history. You can click each item to go to that record. For example, if you click on a procedure you will be taken to the patient's Ledger and the procedure will be highlighted. If you click an Attachment record, you will be taken to the Attachments ability and that record will be highlighted.
Filters can be found at the top of the Clinical tab. Use the Incident menu if your practice utilizes incidents in its workflow. You can also use the date presets in the drop down or select your own dates.
You will notice that the bottom of the Clinical tab will allow you to enter in clinical data. If you are using forms such as EDR or EHR you can hide this section as this information can be entered in your forms.
