If the attached file is an order form for a lab or radiology, you may choose to track the attachment with MacPractice. Assigning this attachment to a user can be completed by creating an order. To create the order, simply click Associate to Order. A basic view of the Orders Ability will drop down. You can search for an existing order or click the green plus to create a new record.
Specify the type of order and give the item a short and long description. Assign the order to a user and specify a due date. Once complete, click the create button and associate this order to the attachment.
