DR Bridges - Troubleshooting

If the bridge does not work correctly:

  1. Confirm the WindowsBridge folder is mapped correctly to the M:/ drive on the Windows side.
  2. Confirm the WindowsBridge folder has the correct privileges in Mac OS X. When in doubt, set "Everyone" to "Read & Write".
  3. Confirm the MacPractice Bridge is running in Windows. Check to see if the "MP" icon in the Windows toolbar.
