MacPractice itself requires a working Ethernet connection, provided by the Internal Network. If you are attempting to use MacPractice abilities that require an internet connection and having difficulty accessing them, an unstable internet connection could be the cause. Contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) for assistance. Once a stable internet connection is obtained, you should have no issue using MacPractice abilities that require internet access.
