The Ledger Colors Reference controls the color-coding for ledger line items in the Ledger Tab of the Patients Ability.
To change how a line item appears, first select the line item to change, then click on the "Light Mode Color" and "Dark Mode Color" boxes, whichever one applies to your System Configuration. When clicked, the Color Selection window will appear in a pop up window, where you can select the desired color.
NOTE: MacPractice suggests using any color except red as red is used to represent Unapplied amounts or Credits on the Ledger and Account Ledger. To prevent any confusion with these line items, MacPractice suggests not using red as a custom color.
