Tags are best used to assign Faxes to users in the office. Eight tags are set up as default.
Tags can be customized by navigating to the Menu bar in the top left corner. Once in the menu, select the Admin tab followed by the Tags section.
MacPractice recommends that each user in the faxing system have a personalized tag.
Once all users have been assigned a tag, faxes can be organized per person and viewed separately from the rest of the office faxes.
