This video will go over some exciting changes MacPractice has implemented to diagnosis management in MacPractice, to make it easier for you to search and manage your commonly used diagnoses. Since the implementation of ICD10, the list of diagnosis codes in use has jumped from 14 thousand codes to almost 70 thousand codes. This makes it a lot more difficult for practitioners to find codes they use frequently, especially for specialists who might use the same codes quite a lot. For this reason, MacPractice has made some changes to how you can maintain your list of diagnoses, allowing you to set favorites, add aliases for quick searching, as well as allowing you to modify your custom descriptions.
This feature is available in MacPractice version 5.1, builds 7.0 and higher.
