Kiosk - Troubleshooting Kiosk

If the Kiosk forms are not displaying on the Kiosk machine, check the following:
  • Test the network connection of the Kiosk computer.
  • The EMR or EDR form must not be a blank form.
  • Send the form to the correct machine where multiple Kiosk machines are used.
  • The Kiosk User must be in the Kiosk User Group for the correct privileges.
  • The Kiosk machine must be using the same Operating System as the computer sending the patient form to the Kiosk computer.
