EMR & EDR Template Builder Element - CQM Supplemental Info

The CQM Supplemental Info Element is used to add SNOMED codes to a patient's record directly from EMR/EDR for inclusion in the Clinical Quality Measure (CQM) reports. For a SNOMED code to count toward the CQM reports, it must be entered through the SNOMED EMR element.

Add a CQM Supplemental Info Element to the Form by dragging the CQM Supplemental Info Element from the Form Elements box in the Form Section Palette (EMR/EDR > Toggle Palette) to the Form Section. Click the box to edit the name and position of the Inspector of the Form Section palette.

The Label Element can be used to apply a label to the SNOMED Code Element.
