iEHR - Daily Use

The iEHR Application is used to manage clinical documentation and patient forms, such as patient intake forms and general clinical history forms. This article has been created to help navigate the initial setup of the iEHR Application. The Template Library provides many free templates to use in the iEHR Application, and MacPractice can design custom templates by order.

The iEHR Documentation contains the following sections:

  • Overview: Clinical Summary, Demographic View, Incident View, and Template Library.
  • Patient Form: Complete a patient form, pull data forward, lock a patient form, and print the form narrative.
  • Custom Templates: Purchased custom forms and do it yourself forms.

Overview: Select a patient through the schedule, review the patient account, and start a patient form.
