The Treatment Plan is a graphical representation of the patient's restoration and charting within the foreseeable future. Think of the charting incident panel as a timeline, the Treatment Plans would be the future information that should be completed with the patient. Notice that Treatment Plans should be available under each incident in the left sidebar. MacPractice is designed this way allowing incidents to organize the patient's treatments. The Treatment Plan is a node that will unfold showing all the treatment plans that were created in the selected incident. Multiple treatment plans can be created to give the patient different options. Use the Treatment Plans Node to show the patient all the available options.
The Treatment Plan will display all of the treatments with a red outline. This outline allows the user to see the timeline of restorations with just a glance. The red color can be changed within the dental options if desired. Since these procedures have not been completed at the office, the information will be imported into the treatment plan of the ledger view.
