To configure Kiosk, create a specific kiosk user. When this user logs in, MacPractice will only enter kiosk mode. Kiosk mode is designed to allow the patient access to a form that has been sent to the Kiosk machine.
Create a user specifically as the Kiosk user in References > Users. Click the plus button, enter the kiosk user credentials, and select the Is Kiosk Machine User checkbox. When the Is Kiosk Machine User checkbox is selected, the Privileges will default to the Kiosk User set.
To test the kiosk user configuration, log in as the user. The window below will display to confirm Kiosk is ready to receive forms.
