Clipboard - Submit Support Ticket

To report a proble, tap the bubble in Clipboard, enter a short description, tap the ProblemClassification button, and enter the steps taken to reproduce the issue. You can also enter your name, though this will default to the first and last name entered in the User reference. An Email Address and/or Phone Number should also be included, and the preferred method of response should be selected.

Tap the Submit button to display a confirmation screen with your MacPractice Support ticket number.

If you have a suggestion on how MacPractice might improve Clipboard, follow the same steps while selecting the Suggestion Classification button. An Email Address, Phone Number, and Preferred Method of response are not required. Tap the Submit button to display a confirmation of your suggestion.
