Clinical Quality Measures Report - Maternal Depression Screening

Overview
The percentage of children who turned 6 months of age during the measurement year, who had a face-to-face visit between the clinician and the child during child's first 6 months, and who had a maternal depression screening for the mother at least once between 0 and 6 months of life.

A patient will be in the denominator when they have all of the following- 

  • To turn 6 months old within your reporting period
  • A visit during your reporting period prior to them turning 6 months old

A patient will be in the numerator when they have all of the following- 

  • A Maternal Post Partum Depression Care or Maternal Post Partum Depression Screening snomed code entered in the EMR or EHR form with a Start Date and End Date within the first 6 months of the patient's life
