Scheduling Report - Follow Up & Recall Appointments

The Follow-Up Appointments/Recall Report displays appointments associated to a Follow-Up or Recall (MacPractice DDS).

Follow-Up/Recall Appointments - Filters

  • Status: Filters the report by the Status of the Follow-Up appointment.
  • Type: Filters the report by the Appointment Type of the Follow-Up appointment.
  • Resources: Filters the report by the Resource of the Follow-Up appointment.
  • Follow-Up Sched. Start/End Date: Filters the report by the date range in which Follow-Up appointments were scheduled.

  • Patient Last, First: The first and last name of the patient associated with the Follow-Up appointment.
  • Patient #: The patient number of the patient associated with the Follow-Up appointment.
  • Age: The age of the patient associated with the Follow-Up appointment.
  • Status: The Appointment Status of the Follow-Up appointment.
  • Created By: The user who created the Follow-Up appointment.
  • Updated By: The user who last updated the Follow-Up appointment.
  • Provider: The provider associated to the Follow-Up appointment.
