Overview
Percentage of patients aged 18 years and older with a diagnosis of POAG who have an optic nerve head evaluation during one or more office visits within 12 months.
A patient will be in the denominator when they have all of the following-
- An age of 18+ years
- Two visits during your reporting period
- A Primary Open Angle Glaucoma diagnosis with an Onset Date matching the visit's Procedure Date
A patient will be in the numerator when they have all of the following-
- An Optic Disc Exam for Structural Abnormalities LNC code entered or imported as a Laboratory Order with a Received Date matching the Procedure Date of their visit
- A Cup to Disc Ratio LNC code entered or imported as a Laboratory Order with a Received Date matching the Procedure Date of their visit
