Overview
Percentage of patients 5-17 years of age with diabetes with an HbA1c test during the measurement period
- Denominator:
- The patient must be between 5 and 17 years old
- They must be diagnosed with diabetes, indicated with the listed ICD-9, ICD-10, or snomed codes in the report footer
- They must be seen twice, at least 12 months apart and at least once during the filtered date range, indicated with the listed CPT codes in the report footer
- Numerator:
- The patient needs an HbA1c Laboratory Test result, indicated with the listed LOINC codes on the report footer
- The laboratory test must be either imported from a lab interface or manually entered using the Other Labs option in the Orders tab
- The laboratory order must have a Received Date within the filtered date range
