EMR/EDR Template Previews By Specialty

This article contains previews, in the form of PDF files, of each EMR Shared Template form available in MacPractice. All Templates will be organized by the Specialty of the EMR forms, alphabetically. All templates are in PDF format.

If a Specialty is not listed on this article, but is listed in MacPractice, you can assume that the Specialty has no Shared Forms.

Each link, when clicked, will download a .zip file into your Downloads folder. The Downloads folder typically will start 'hopping' on your macOS Dock (the row of app icons), but if it does not, you can access the Downloads Folder by opening up Finder, and then clicking "Downloads" in the sidebar.

The top highlighted file in the above screenshot, "Aesthetic_Dentistry.zip", can be extracted by simply double clicking the file. This will create a folder in the Downloads folder, as shown in the second highlighted file. When downloading these files, they may automatically unzip and create the folder in your Downloads Folder without your prompting.

From here, you can simply open the created folder, and review the pdfs enclosed within. All these templates are contained within the same Specialties within MacPractice. Within the folders, the templates are organized by Version Number.
If you find a template you like, simply navigate to the EMR/EDR Ability in MacPractice, and access the Shared Forms node. From there you can pull up a Specialty's templates and download them to your MacPractice database.
