EMR & EDR Section Editor 11 - Adding a Section to a Template

 

Adding a Section to a Template is quite simple. Navigate to a Template folder in pink. Click the green plus to make a new Template or select an existing record. Use the palette to set a title for the Template. Click and drag a section from the sidebar to add it into the Template. Complete this step until all necessary Sections are added. Use the Edit Menu or the Keyboard Shortcut, Command S to save the Template.

Test out the form to confirm that the Sections works on both the Form and the Narrative. Use the EMR menu or the keyboard shortcut, Command backslash, to toggle to the Narrative view of the form.
